Booking Terms & Conditions
A deposit of £10 per head (non refundable) is required within 7 days of making your booking. Final numbers and full payment required at least 14 days prior to the event. If your booking is made within 14 days of the event then full payment is required at the time of booking. Strictly no refunds af after confirmation of final numbers and final payment.
Refund Policy
Gift Vouchers – You have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days, for a full refund.
Under all circumstances; all deposits, part payments and installments are non-refundable and non-transferable
In the event of you wanting to cancel a booking, we are unable to offer any refund however Nottingham Off Road Events Ltd will endeavor to arrange an alternative date. We require 7 days notice. If within 7-2 days of the booking we will charge a rebook fee of £20 per hour booked.
Cancellation
Nottingham Off Road Events Ltd reserves the right to cancel any itinerary and tour (before commencement of the arrangements), due to force majeure, health concerns or any other reason outside the control of Nottingham Off Road Events Ltd that we, in our absolute discretion, may determine. Force majeure events include (but are no limited to) war or threat of war, riot, civil strife or unrest, Acts of God, strikes, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions. In such circumstances you will be informed of the cancellation and a full refund of monies paid to us will be compensated, or credit will be issued to be used against a booking at a different time, and this will be the extent of our liability. You shall have the option to re-book the planned arrangements at a different time.
Services offered by us
We shall offer services as requested by the client either directly or via a third party.
We will provide a full safety briefing at the beginning of all sessions, protective equipment where required.
The clients obligation
The client must arrive 15mins before the start time to allow time to register and sign the indemnity forms.
If a client is late the time will be deducted from there allocated slot unless we have no booking following their appointment.
The client must adhere to the safety briefings given at the beginning of an activity, and we reserve the right to stop the booking if deemed nessecary for the safety of the customers and staff.
The client should report any problems or concerns to the management or operator on the event day. As we can not rectifiy issues after the event.
The client should wear appropriate footwear & clothing for the event (no sandals)
Height and Age Restrictions Apply to certain activities.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to severe weather conditions. In these circumstances a full refund will be offered.
