Booking Terms & Conditions
A minimum deposit of 20% (non refundable) is required within 24 hours of making your booking. Final numbers and full payment required at least 10 days prior to the event. If your booking is made within 10 days of the event then full payment is required at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
Gift Vouchers – You have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days, for a full refund.
Under all circumstances; all deposits, part payments and instalments, non-refundable and non-transferable
In the event of you wanting to cancel a booking, we are unable to offer any refund however Nottingham Dirt Buggies will endeavour to arrange an alternative date
Cancellation
Nottingham Dirt Buggies reserves the right to cancel any itinerary and tour (before commencement of the arrangements), due to force majeure, health concerns or any other reason outside the control of Nottingham DIrt Buggies that we, in our absolute discretion, may determine. Force majeure events include (but are no limited to) war or threat of war, riot, civil strife or unrest, Acts of God, strikes, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions. In such circumstances you will be informed of the cancellation and a full refund of monies paid to us will be compensated, or credit will be issued to be used against a booking at a different time, and this will be the extent of our liability. You shall have the option to re-book the planned arrangements at a different time.
Height Restrictions Apply
Adults min 5’5 max 6’4 – weight max 18 stone 115kg – Juniors min 4’5 – Juniors under 15 may drive adult buggies of they are physically able, however they will be charged adult prices.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to severe weather conditions. In these circumstances a full refund will be offered.
